Responsibilities:
职责:
在工厂端建立跨部门功能团队(包含供应链,制造,质量,研发,售后等全过程链相关团队),分析和解决重难点复合问题,持续提升过程及产品质量水平。
At manufacturing site, set up a cross functional team (including supply chain, manufacturing, quality, VE/VI and after-sales service whole process team), to analyze and solve the 2nd level problem, continue to improve process and product quality performance.
主导和引领VRT团队成员日常工作;
To lead and coach the Variability Reduction Team (VRT) in the daily operation.
针对整车重大质量问题和关键过程质量问题建立迅速快捷有效的临时围堵措施和长期纠正措施;
Drive for quick ICA (Interim Containment Action) and PCA (Permanent Corrective Action) in order to secure both Product & Process.
负责VRT范围内的纠正措施和根本原因的分析跟踪解决;
Secure correct definition and root cause analyses of problem within the VRT-scope
协掉跨功能VRT团队确保质量改进行动的优先执行
Prioritize actions & resources within the cross functional VRT.
Academy Requirements:
学历要求:
Engineering college or higher degree preferably with a major in automotive engineering;
工程本科学位及以上,汽车工程专业优先
Working Experience Requirements:
工作经验要求:
汽车车辆工程,机械相关专业本科学历
Bachelor degree in relevant area
至少十年(工程师五年)以上整车质量工作经验
Minimum 10 years (5 years for engineer) working experience in relevant area
良好的沟通协调技能和领导能力

流利的应许读写能力
Fluent in English, spoken & written

6 Sigma Green/Black Belt competence
熟悉整车产片和开发流程
Product & Process knowledge in area of responsibility
