Core Accountabilities:

Working as Powertrain and EV motor/Battery cooling systems module leader for Aero-thermal team. 
负责动力系统及电动车电机/电池冷却系统模块
? Define the parameters of Cooling & HVAC parts under hood. 
? 定义冷却和HVAC零部件的参数性能
? Integrate and Package the Cooling & HVAC system
? 冷却和HVAC系统的集成和布置
? Define the validation plan for Cooling & HVAC system with the supplier
? 在供应商支持下，定义冷却和HVAC系统验证方案
? Support to the vehicle level test
? 支持车辆试验测试
? Release the specification for the Cooling & HVAC system
? 发放冷却和HVAC系统的性能
? Issue solving for prototype vehicle build or launch phase
? 解决样车试制和量产阶段的问题
? Responsible for product development of Cooling and HVAC system, according to the internal/external specification and customer requirements

? Define and release product technical documents, including RASIC, drawings, BOM, DVP, DFMEA, CR and technical specification with supplier.

? To assist in the selection of the most appropriate technologies, materials, and suppliers for component parts or systems.

? To support build phases during the project providing technical leadership to Cooling & HVAC issues during prototype/Test/Lunch phase. (e.g. design issues, supplier issues, prototype vehicle build up issues, testing & validation issues and launch issues etc.)

? Perform or supervise benchmarking, vehicle system performance target setting and thermal management test in China test track/wind tunnel to optimize vehicle Cooling & HVAC system performance

? In depth knowledge of the design and integration of the Cooling & HVAC system. Able to calculate system sizing and Cooling & HVAC performance

Specific Work Experience: 
工作经验：
? 3 years minimum of working experience as Automotive mechanic (familiar with Cooling and HVAC components and systems is highly preferable).

Desired Skills:

? At least 8 years working experience in Cooling & HVAC system
